Memory Wipe is an Ultronian Superpower, it is Thermoman's means of making sure his identity is not revealed.

Series 1[]
- My Hero (episode): When George meets Tyler, who knows he is Thermoman, George tries to erase his memory. Strangely, as Tyler's mental structure is unique, it doesn't work.
- Mission Impossible: When Piers finds out George is Thermoman, George goes to Piers car and erases his memory, this causes his hair to fall out and lose his medical knowledge.
- Guess Who's Coming To Lunch?: After George flies with Tyler, who pretends he's Thermoman, George erases his memory, but it took him a while to find it.
- The Party's Over: After Janet's 30th birthday party, which results in George flying everyone above the Atlantic and back, he erases the memories of Ella, Stanley, Mrs. Raven, Avril, Piers and Tyler.
Series 2[]
- Parents: When Ella spreads that George is Thermoman after he makes the foolish decision to reveal it to her and Stanley, he erase the memory of Ella's friend, Audrey Brown. He also erases the memory of Belinda Lloyd and 1407 other members of the Northolt Womens' Circle, Mrs Raven (who forced herself upon him), then finally Ella and Stanley.
